It is the Mission of Universal
Brotherhood University to assist Universal Brotherhood ministers seeking
spiritual growth through higher learning and to help them achieve their
highest and best vision. To accomplish this goal, it is the intent and
purpose of Universal Brotherhood University to supply direction,
guidance and encouragement without restricting or inhibiting the
uniqueness of the minister. The mission is to award academic degrees to
those ministers who conceive, develop and complete self-designed
studies, which stimulate spiritual growth for that minister.

Rev. Dr. Reginald Worrell, Jr.
President Emeritus
He was ordained by Universal
Brotherhood Movement, inc. in June of 1994 and was one of the Charter
members of the Board of Regents of Universal Brotherhood University.
In May 1996 he was installed as the second President of the Board of
Regents until his retirement and installation as President Emeritus in
January 2010.
Reginald continues his personal ministry entitled, “Eternal Life Healing” a service of ministerial counseling as
well as holistic maintenance of the body, mind and soul. He states
touching lives and making a difference constantly heightens his
spiritual journey.
He is co-author of the book, “The Chosen People are
the Ones Who Choose.” It is a workbook for creating “God Centered
Relations.”
